Adsense on 2 similar websites

    Hello..

last month i made a website targetting a very highly searched for keyword...It gets me a pretty nice amount of money every day ...So then i went looking for similar keywords so i can build more pages for the site..However i found out that the mispelling of my main keyword was searched for double than the original keyword itself !!!
But i couldnt optimize my main site for that keyword because its allreaddy highly-optimized for the main keyword and the site performs very well in msn search because of internal linking ( anchor text containing my main keyword ) . So i didnt want to mess around with that website, so i said to myself, can i duplicate my first website and change that one letter and make a new site for it with the same content, but highly optimized for the new keyword.

Note : it isnt really a mispelling, and it can be spelled both ways ( ex. : tupac and 2pac ) , the new website wont look spammy or anything.

Do you think its ok with adsense if im targetting both keywords with 2 different domains ?

According to their program policies :

"Do not create multiple pages, subdomains, or domains with substantially duplicate content. "

But technically it isnt really duplicate content, because the new website would have different content somehow because the text and images will be changed to suit the new keyword..

I think many of you here have more experience than myself in adsense, so im kindly asking for your thoughts and help...

    Thank You

If content and images will be different, I think there can be no problems. :/

the text on the images only differ in like 1 letter .
the content is the same, but the main keyword is different..

so technicaly the sites dont have ' substantially duplicate content '

I'm not G!, but if you ask me, this is duplicate content. :p

Wait for other users to say about.
