AdSense Oddities

I am developing a celebrity entertainment website, a1celeb.com.

I am using AdSense ad blocks throughout the site. The Google ads display fine, however on here http://www.a1celeb.com/megan-fox-topless-pictures.html, I only get public service ads from Google, not relevant ads.

I have tried tweaking things here and there, but cannot get AdSense ads to display normally on that one page.

Do any of you guys know what is going on here and if so, what can I do to resolve this situation.

    :)

You should read the adsense TOS.

"Sites displaying Google ads may not include:"
    Pornography, adult, or mature content

The ads aren't showing because of the keywords, but you should make sure all your pages are compliant so you don't lose your adsense account and all earnings. It's also against the TOS to display adsense on pages with copyrighted content or photos, so make sure you have permission from the photographer to display all the images.

These pictures are not pornographic. She has pasties on her nipples.

The Google ads show up just fine on the main page, which has the same keywords as the other page - but one page displays the ads, the other does not..

I didn't say they were pornographic, but as an adsense rep asked me once, is it an image you would want a 10 year old to look at? I was asked to remove a medical picture that showed a naked woman's butt from a side view, not from the back. There was nothing "mature content" about it in my opinion, but all that really matters is what the person who reviews your site thinks. You could always send them an email and ask if you have any doubt. Adsense places a lot of importance on the url of the page, so that is why no ads are showing.

I guess the Googlebot missed the pasties :D
And yeah.. it does not need to be pornographic to be a no-no in Googles eyes.

    Cheers
