    Seems to be updating for me if you are referring to actual impressions and stats in adsense all seems normal and working. It resets for me at midnight and sometimes I don't see any stats for a while after midnight until someone starts to visit. This is when the least traffic is for me so some times it seems like it's not updating, but it is just no traffic.

    But I have page impressions tonight and everything appears normal at the moment.

    This is actually a good point, whilst I check my account at least twice per day I have no idea how often stats update. It's certainly not in real time. Often I find delay appears to be 1-2 hours (Tracked via analytics + statcounter e.g. to see times of clicks). Anyone any idea on the actual update timeframe?

    you can use a real time stats program. statcounter.com is just one option. At least you can be sure about the number of visits.
