Adsense not showing due to partial language barrier

    I originally came across an issue which I assumed was a JavaScript or jQuery conflict with the Adsense ads. However after experimenting around I have come to the conclusion that because he uses a lot of writing that is in a language which adsense is not compatible with. I have used the code on another site and all the ads show. When you look at his website, on the homepage the adsense ads show on and off, mostly off. When You navigate to a page such as mission or contact, the ads show, because these pages are English I assume.

    Anyone care to weigh in?
