Adsense not registering clicks, any idea why?

    I have adsense running on multiple websites. On one site it is showing up with the following code, on the second site it is not showing up with the following code.

    Registering Clicks
    google_ad_client = "pub-9293xxxxxx350099";
    /* apphireheader */
    google_ad_slot = "89xxxxx450";


    Not Registering Clicks
    google_ad_client = "pub-9293xxxxxx350099";

    Any thoughts?
