I recently put AdSense on my site at: http://chicksnbreasts.blogspot.com/ The problem is that there are no ads displayed, it just shows the search box and asks user to search for what ads they want to view. I checked my site for relevant keywords at the Sandbox AdSense Tool and got back "no ads to display", but when I checked a site with similar content, http://flickrbooty.blogspot.com/, it found all kinds of ads. Anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix this so actual ads start popping up? I have a feeling Google is filtering because of the word breasts in my site url.
I think "breasts" might be a stopword for Adsense, preventing it from showing any ads. Can't see much of a way to prevent that from happening though. Also you are in a very "Grey" area seeing as your site content can be deemed adult in nature and get your account banned very easily.
It's not whether you have one stop word, it's the quantity and negative quality of them. You mention the same stop words over and over. BTW, you are borderline infringing on Google's terms and policies. I suspect they'll cut you off before you make any real money.
Personally, I think it kinda sucks that Google doesn't allow adult content but that's a whole other thread. My site does not have any nudity or adult content. I know there's some hot pictures, but only on the level of a Maxim or Stuff magazine. Should I just pull the AdSense code because it's so borderline?
Could be that G are performing an update, my sites are not showing and neither are the Ads on this forum! Ian
