I recently signed up with adsense and to fully activate my account I needed to put ads on my site.. which I did.. but it's been 3 days and it has yet to show that I've done this step even though the ad is active. Anyone experienced this issue.. if so what do I need to do to fix it? Thanks
Give yourself some more time and in the mean time create more content for your site. Google Adsense does need to have good content in order to deliver relevant ads to your site.
Obviously I'm doing that anyways.. just seems like the part where it sees I placed the ads should have made it activate my account and there is no way to email them until my account is activated which is annoying.
...and how annoying do you think it would be to Google is everyone awaiting approval was to email them every day asking when the are going to get approval? There is a reason that they don't let you do it.
Give it a bit of time... I've seen it happen in as little as 24 hours, but I've also seen it take 7+ days... Patience GrassHoppa!
