That is often Google's polite way of telling you that your site sucks. It does
They may be unique but they are really badly written with an appalling use of the English language and grammar ... not to mention some of your comments about "women" are actually offensive.

    Google got this one right.

If you have not been approved for AdSense, read over all of their requirements and adjust your site accordingly.

You got scammed. The articles do not get much worse than those on your site.

You need to find someone who can write in the style of a native English speaker. Get sample articles and have them checked by someone in the UK, USA, or Australia for quality.

If you couldn't tell that those articles were written by someone with a grade 3 level of English using a thesaurus, I don't think you will go very far as a publisher for an English website.

you can't just throw words up on a website and expect it to fly.

Educated English people will be reading some of your articles to see if it is WORTH reading. These articles are so bad - readers will feel you own them money for wasted time.

Yes, images are too provocative, change them with normal, ordinary women that have more clothes on them.
Also, the informations found in your articles are very common, nothing new or really original, you put there common informations with your words and with errors.
No spelling errors, only grammar, but this is not acceptable.

But the real problem with adsense are the images, you need normal women not hot babes!

The pictures are not wholesome or family oriented. Google has raised the bar with adsense applications so they are very strict with what sites to approve. Also, there are millions of sites out there that discuss fitness. Your site is all about routines. Almost all fitness sites have routines. The articles also look scraped. Google doesn't go for those sites.
Also, how old is your site? If from Asia, google requires at least 6 months with a steady flow of traffic.

NOT TRUE, I am from Asia, and I got my adsense from a few days after creating a site (a week old site) and traffic is never a requirement with adsense. For the owning the site for atleast 6 months, it applies to Indian and Chinese as what I read in google. Also it is not how old your site is, but how long you owned the site.

The site looks like it was just made for adsense, or something like a thin affiliate site. I doubt that they will ever be approve.
