I just got to know about this website through one of my friend who's actually not member but wanted to show me for gettin an idea.

    AdsenseNiches.com

Have anyone used it before or have any knowledge if it's all true?

What level of niches they make?

I haven't used it & I do not plan to. These sites can be purchased for a few hundred bucks but you won't get traffic for free. Even if they do work, don't expect them to bring revenue in an instant.

I'd probably not recommend that site - used things like that before, not worth it-

    - For one, it's 97$ a month. Maybe they make great sites, but nothing they offer there is stuff worth paying for
    - "RSS2HTMLpage: ($119 value!)" uhh, just download a free HTML -> RSS reader...
    - "Niche Keyword Lists: ($29 value!)" Just go google/overture the words you want
    - "Exclusive Adsense "GURU" Interviews: ($79 value!)" I think DP forum is worth far more, and it's free...
    - "120 Private Label Resale (PLR) Articles: ($600 value!)" Maybe, but how many other sites are using these same articles?
For 97$/month, I'd expect something pretty darn better than stuff you can get for free... heck, just install a free template from one of the many sites all over the web...

    - Also, the sites look like mostly pure MFAs - some content in the form of articles, but as it said, since you "don't need to know HTML", chances are these aren't sites designed to be updated in the fashion that would actually produce a good site. Also, after a year you'd have 48 sites? Try keeping up with all those, especially if you don't know HTML...

    - Lots of grammatical errors on the site. If they can't even spell check their own sales page, what confidence does that give you about their work you pay for?

    - At the bottom, they say "P.S.S. - Even if it's 3 a.m. in the morning, sign up!" .. why put this here, if generally people are known to make worse financial decisions at night, and better ones during the daytime?

    - That gets you the sites, but as the above poster said, where's the traffic? Unless they're driving a lot of organic traffic to your sites, it'll be up to you to do all the promotion on your own. Without traffic, you're without cash.

    - Additionally - as I have in my sig, you can pretty much get everything they're offering from Hyper VRE - for free, if you want to try out niche/premade site ideas without paying out 97$/month.

I'd say just stay clear of it, learn HTML or make your own sites from templates at worst, and learn from people here at DP, all for free, and you'll come out far ahead of the 97$/month you'd be paying.

A niche site that actually has any impact is going to be one that is not using highly replicated content. What good is a site in a niche topic if 10,000 other sites offer the same basic content? The competition for traffic is going to be fierce.

I have several small sites and I'm not a big player, but I make my car payment + every month with AS monies. My best performing site is so unique in content that I am willing to bet it is literally the only one of its kind out there...though I have seen one other site getting some content online based on my ideas.

I agree, my best performing sites are ones in which I'm virtually my own competition.
