Selling Adsense niche site earning $200 a month from organic traffic! Serious only PLEASE!

I have a website that made €150 which equals to ~$198 (from January 1 to January 31). The site has very great potential since it`s only 4 months old and making that ammount of money. Not much work is needed for the website since it ranks for really good keywords and it`s listed in high traffic wikipedia page. Most traffic it gets it`s from wikipedia but my google webmaster count it as organic traffic because people who serched "margarita" came to wikipedia and then to my website.

14000/month is from search engine traffic

Could you please explain why you changed the theme 3 hours after posting this announce ? Before you were using ctr theme and now it's ce4-beta8 ?

 

Is it a problem for buyers? If yes, okay I will explain.

I always do testing on my sites to try to improve CTR. For example I use one theme for 7 days, then change add positions for 7 days then change theme for 7 days and who performs best I leave it And I always do that until I find the perfect one Sometime, change of theme can boost your earnings really much! If you think that`s bad I suggest you should try that

 

But if someone decide to buy the website, I will return the theme I used when I got earnings so I don`t screw the income of a buyer If you are interested place a bid or contact me
