    Up for grabs is my Adsense Niche Site.

    Site is relatively new assume no traffic or revenue, I have't done a whole lot of advertising.

    Why am I selling? To be completely honest I am leaving the whole internet/website in the past. I had a good run but I would much rather focus on my job and kids. I just don't have the time anymore.

    Domain name is registered at NameCheap, free push.

    The site has 4 unique articles written just for this site.

    It currently has 3 links on the first page on Google search "Biology Degree Jobs"

    Has a little SE traffic nothing substantial.

    Site is a month old, exactly one month old.
