Adsense mp3 site - plz help me

    Hi
    i am using adsense in wordpress on my main directory with legal content.i also have a mp3 search engine on subdomain but i did not place adsense on search engine.
    is it legal or not???
    plz answer !

    avoid using adsense on such contents its risky for your adsense account
