Okay I read a thread before on this board about July earnings. I had some trouble finding the other thread, so I thought I would start this one, and address some general concerns of my. I'm very sorry if I double up on a topic. I have been with adsense for 2 years. I have had ups and downs, but mostly over the past few years I have had steady growth. About mid-June 2009 I started seeing my earnings fall off, and now they are 1/2 of what they were in the last several months. I am seeing days so bad now that they have they are worse than when I first started with the program. I have been all over the web looking, and I'm seeing the same thing from a different boards. It seems to be a bad few to a couple of months. I am off for the summer, so I have put in 5 times more work on my site, and I'm seeing the earnings die. I mean die so that soon they will be down to nothing. I'm not getting clicks, when I do get clicks they are low earnings, and my traffic has been way way up compared to a couple of months ago. I waited 2 weeks when they dropped, I changed ads. They went up for a day then fell. It's crazy. On 1000 impressions I've gotten 0 clicks, does this seem right? Does anyone have any clue as to what is going on?
Well, for me this month has been good till now. I think thats just a part of adsense. Sometime its up and sometime down for us. - Digital -
I know there are ups and downs, but I really think something is going on. There is some mistake somewhere or something. I'm also, for the first time in 2 years getting ads on my site that have nothing to do with my content. The new ads started this month. I'm not here to attack adsense. I like the program very much, and have done very well, but now there is a SUDDEN fall that doesn't make any sense at all.
