ads side by image is considered to be violating tos of adsense

 

Your ads display in the top and bottom i mean middle of the post

its against the adsense tos.. buy you have 50/50 chance of adsense ban

 

Nope, you did not violate the rules.
You can only placed up to 3 ads on a webpage, and don't place ads where user may easily clicks!

 

Are you sure most of the Experts say that it is not violating..

Ads in the middle of the post are fine, as low as they look different to the actual blog post and you don't trick people into clicking on them

No you are not violating TOS with that type of placement.

 

when ever i do something like this, i always put a bold word in CAPS, named advertisement. its better.
