Adsense Manager plugin error!

I just installed a fresh copy of adsense-manager http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/adsense-manager
and now i follow the instruction give by readme file but the adsense manager plugin is not displaying in option tab and “Ads” in under Manage tab

What i am missing? I am using wp 2.2 version

 

Plz help me do i need to change plugin? Recommended me which plugin i can use with wp2.2 version?

 

I have no experience of the plugin, instead I add the google ads to my templates manually as it means I have full control. I add them to the sidebar and single.php files. You could also add it to comments. Feel free to check my blog for ad placement. I get a good amount of clicks per day. After much experimentation, I found that my current placement works best for my site

You can add more googleAds, but I try not to be too introusive with them

After uploading plugin do i need to click plugin editor for making changes

 

Make sure the plugin is compatible with the wordpress script..
