Recently I decided to make one of my 3 ad units an "image only" ad to see if...nevermind Google recommends you keep it on your site for at least 2 weeks before you'll see the full affect. So I did it and like all google stuff, it sucked!! The ads are pretty crap looking and worst of all, my pages take sooo looonng to load now. We all know that 99% of people won't wait more than a few seconds before either staying or leaving your site. I was wondering if there is any other way appart from the original to include google ads in my pages that might not effect the load speed of my site. It's funny but the normal old ugly text ads don't seem to effect the speed as much.
