Adsense makes me want to cry.

67 cents for less than 300 impressions - this is very good.
Just add more traffic, you are doing well everything else.

 

Yes focus on traffic first and then the number of click and your earnings will also increase

Ultimately only you know what would be good for your site and what your expectations are with regard to earnings. Different niches areas create different CTR and differing cost per click.

I always consider it to be a successful day if you can improve on the previous day's impressions. I'm sure you'd be happy to get 500 impressions tomorrow, but many webmasters would think the opposite if they regularly get 5000 impressions.

Try out some different content ideas and work on the site's backlinks and see how you get on. Once you've built up the number of impressions, you can then start to concentrate on ad positioning etc to improve the click through rate.

 

yeahh fair jonbuoy 5000 impressions would be a killer for me - but a website like facebook with that amount will think their systems crashed fatally and suffocated to death

btw - I added my adsense on the revnue sharing here at dp - for three days I got 600 impressions and 3 clicks and $0.03! lol

 

you should also look at your adsense niche for hight adsense related keywords

wow guys before I got 60cents for nearly 300 impression yeah?

I'm running this "test web proxy" and look at the adnse results for that channel:

Impressions:117
Clicks:1
Revenue:$0.46

and eCPM WAS LOWWWWWWW <$4

 

It's already been said but try getting more traffic and aim at the potential visitors.

 

nah that wasn't the point of the post - im saying my CTR was less than one percent and I got almost 50c for ONE click

I have a site that only get about 10 impressions a day and it make 30 a month from adsense and 300+ from affilate marketing adsense sucks probly would make more from affilate ads if I removed adsense. 1 sign up pays as much as adsense pays for the month conversion rate is 10% one in 10 pays. so if 30 leave tru adsense could of been 3 conversions? each conversion pays $30 so Maybe I lost $60 to adsense? This is how adsense makes me cry. I am going to remove adsense and see if sells go up.

I bet your CTR is near 50%

 

More impressions = more click = more revenue so, just get more impression

 

i think you earned a good amount considering your traffic i use to earn even less than that for my 500+ visitors
