Adsense login changed without me knowing

I tried logging into adsense this morning, but I couldn't.. (the password is usually saved onto there). So I clicked "forgot my password" and it said the e-mail did not exsist:confused:

So, I realized I signed up for gmail yesterday and just tried that as a login and it worked! But that's odd because google never notified me (via my main email account I used to sign up for adsense) that the login changed to my gmail account..

Did anyone have similar problems in the past?..

    Weird.
I actually have two google login codes. one for google sitemaps, google's personal page, google's reader (not that I use the last two) - and one for adsense. I would actually not mind them merging the two accounts, but they haven't, so far.

Thats might be because you must have created a Google Account while signing up for gmail. Once you get a google account for global use, a change in one accounts affects every account under google ;)
