Google sent me my pin code in which a link was mentioned for performance suggestion. I cant access this link (google dot com/ads/performancesuggestions). When I enter the link is changed and I'm redirected to my adsense account. Also, same issue with this link (google . com/ads / speedingup).
i never receive such link on my google account. i think you should check your account again. There are lots of spammer available online who may trying to hack your account so be aware.
