If you have a look at http://dogbreeds.com/ You'll notice a website that is basically set to make ads based on a good domain name (man I hate webmasters like this). Still, those "sponsored links" are all google ads. Also no mention of "ads by Google" anywhere. Is this allowed or is this another misuse of adsense (and a good domain name)?
Wow does that break the Terms of service, no Ads by Goooogle! and no content.... Yeah it's not allowed.
Probably something similar would have been acceptable in parked domains. http://www.google.com/domainpark/
Looks like they went through the trouble of manually inserting the dodgy links: <a class="slt" href="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/iclk?sa=l&ai=B6x9EI6aqRMu9Jb-8kAHVh8T5C4TGgBbgq-_lAsCNtwHAuAIQARgBIILg3QMoCkCKFkiIOVCnhNuT-f____8BmAGcSrIBDWRvZ2JyZWVkcy5jb23IAQHaASFodHRwOi8vZG9nYnJlZWRzLmNvbS8tNDIxMjM1OTAxMmSVAjOcJAqpAkT1ijIR8r4-yALQgEg&num=1&adurl=http://clk.atdmt.com/MCL/go/gglkxask001breedsXdogs0078309mcl/direct/01/&client=ca-dp-innovationhq_xml">Breeds Dogs</a> Code (markup):
i hate MFA sites. i always report them but google does nothing. pisses me off. they'll probably get away with it
Don't think so. It is owned by http://innovationhq.com/ As that site says: This suggests that they have many sites such as this one and fraudently make money by abusing the generic domain visitablity.
That website is a domain parking page. Ads are powered by Google's parked domain advertising program. Most of the domain registrars and parking services are now using Google adwords feeds to supply ads.
Looks like a fairly standard parking page. The trouble is that more and more people are just buying up domains just to do this sort of thing and sit on them as an investment, making the job of the "jobbing webmaster" harder and harder to get good domain names. I hate it.
