Adsense Keywords an how to use them.

    Hi I am reading tons of posts about Keywords and that you can optimaise your add with keywords and I see them for sale on many sites for good hard cash. I found a free list on a site, there are tons of keywords reaching from 400 down to ? The site is "my-lively" but they don't tell you how to use the keywords.
    Can any one help?
