    UPDATE: PIP in Maryland. I use EFT, so hopefully I'll have Payment Issued within 24 hours. PIP showed up at exactly 12 Noon, Eastern time.

    It hit sometime between 9:10 and 9:20 PST. Yes I'm sitting here obsessively hitting refresh.

    Google must be tweaking their payment process because this is the second anomaly in a row. Last month there was PIP on a weekend for the US, hardly ever happens. This time, besides being the earliest I've seen PIP as far as I can remember, it seems a lot of US folk got their PIP yesterday.

    Hoping for that rare occurrence where the papment is sent the same day as PIP, but not holding my breath.
