Today I was horrified to know that I could no longer access my google adsense account, because it said my account was disabled for something I really dont know.
This is the email I send to them urging them to reinstate my account. I hope they will consider it seriously :

    Dear Sir / Madam,
I am completely surprised at the email I recieved today which said my Google adsense account has been made inactive because it was related to another account which was deleted for invalid activity.
That is unbelievable to me because this is the first Adsense account I ever had.

Here is the original message I recieved in the email :

    Original Message:

    Subject: Google AdSense Account Disabled

    Hello Tom Joseph,

Your AdSense account was found to be related to an account previously disabled for invalid click activity and we have therefore disabled your account. Publishers disabled for invalid click activity are not allowed further participation in AdSense and do not receive any further payment. The earnings on your account will be properly returned to the affected advertisers.

As outlined in our program Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the right to terminate any publisher's participation at any time.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team
    -------------------------------------------

What I cannot understand is why I was found to be related to another account. I've only applied for Google Adsense once and that is for the account which I currently hold.
I have never ever, tried to do anything against the Terms and Conditions of Google Adsense, then why would my account be disabled. (I know google reserves the right, but still, I'm serious, and im saying the truth, this is the my first Adsense account).
I seriously suspect that my account could have been found related to another because of the computers from which I access the Internet. Almost all the time, I access Adsense from an Internet Cyber Cafe which has more than 50 computers having the same IP address because of the same Internet Connection. Hundreds of people come to this Internet Cyber Cafe daily and so I strongly suspect that it must be here that the problem occurred. Even now I am emailing you from this Cafe. This is what I suspect, though I'm really not sure.
The original message had said :
    -------
The earnings on your account will be properly returned to the affected advertisers
    -------
I just cannot believe this because I have done no invalid clicks or fraud activities ever before that should affect the advertisers, so why would my current earnings be returned to them. I really promise I have not had an account before. This is a serious mistake. I'm sorry if I were rude, but I'm totally out of my mind now - since I've been punished for a crime I haven't committed.
I urge you to please consider this case seriously because I really dont know how you found me to be related to another Adsense account.
I have always been a good publisher and have never committed anything fraudulent. I am an active member of the forum DigitalPoint and surely, I know its wrong and foolish to do anything bad against Google.
I have strong hope in Google and I know that you will find out what went wrong and reinstate my account at the earliest.
    Yours sincerely,
    Tom Joseph.

This is exactly the email that I had sent google, I hope they will be reasonable enough to do something about it.

Get another account thru a family member or start another business entity and get a new tax id number.

To the OP...Did you purchase a website from someone? Possibly a website which was previously banned by Adsense?

sukantab : I have never even created 2 accounts. (In my country there is no need for a tax ID)

Rohit patel : I guess its against the TOS of google to start another account but if I think of starting another account through another family member, then I will be loosing about 300$ which I had in my adsense account.

threegee : I would rather like them to reinstate the account, because I'm sure I haven't done anything wrong.

Adpubster : No its a site that I created.

When I said buying a website, I really mean the domain name. Did the domain name exist before you got it?

Sorry I made mistake on that post. I write can instead of can't. I hope you understand it.

    Sorry for little posting mistake.

By the way you can open new account from different IP with your family members but you should provide other adderess for payments.

I just recently got a warning email for invalid clicks on my account. I don't know if its google just catching a click I accidently made(and reported to google) a few weeks ago or if they are detecting invalid clicks now. Its kind of weird because I have logs for all of my traffic(not much) and it all seems legit. Kind of confusing.
