First time I started to use adsense my ptc was too low- 2 cent. But i tried to get more traffic. Now my traffic is better. But I discovered that adsense at first times doesn't giving good amount because doesn't know and trust you. but with time adsense is trusting more if you don't make any mistake (like clicking your own ads), amount of ptc is increasing. now is 6 cent. this is what i want and i am happy with this now. I've wanted to share this experience with you. thanks for your helping till now DP members.

OP is not emphasizing on the quantity of traffic, but he is stressing on good behavior over a longer time frame, to win confidence of adsense, to give you more quality ads. and hence more money effectively. Regards, RightMan
Never thought about it but that would explain why I get paid more from my main site than I do on my new subdomain since I hear Google treats subdomains as new domains. Thanks for the info.
First at all, I think you are talking about the CPC but not the PTC. Second, CPC is based on the content (or saying keyword), traffic dont affect it much
I don't know exactly which site or ebook is the best. but you can google "ebook adsense" you will find a lot. start with one of them. I don't know exactly what is the differences cpc ptc cpr ppc. I think it's not so much about traffic. but if your traffic is 10 people and there is 2 click how can google know 1 click is your own click. there is no reason to trust you. Maybe traffic affects, too. that is blogspot blog and maybe google firstly don't trust free sites. I emhasized adsense's trust in time.
I keep in touch with big publishers all over the map, from travel to ringtones to real estate and I can't seem to find ANY evidence to support these "AdSense is better than ever" threads...
