    Hey,

I am starting to see adsense banning people who they owe a lot of money to. Could this be purposely done to save their money?

While I don't think they are just banning people because money is owed I do think that in these tough times Google has become more strict on enforcing its Adsense policies. If you read through some of the policies it's pretty crazy what they don't allow.

If you do not violate their terms of services you should be fine.

I don't think Google can ban you just because that reason. That can't be the issue here. If you have been banned, i think it should be something else.

Yep tough times it is. Remember the internet market whop sued Google for $751 in civil court and Google actually tried to fight it but lost. HAHAHA

His claim was that Google banned him for no reason and in court Google still couldn't come with a reason as to why he was banned. But he ended up winning

For everyone they owe someone paid them more.... The more a publisher makes from adsense every month the more that google will make every month as advertisers resources are fully used.

I've been thinking the same thing, i was just about to open a thread like this, good to know that someone else thinks like me.

If it only were true. i haven't cheated and i was banned, i know 2 people who cheated and they got their check....

i guess that they banned the wrong person.

google is the same as any other money grabbing company, don't you people realize that they are just leaving a few in the adsens so that they can post on forums like this about how adsnes is great and so that they attract fresh meat for them to chew up and spit out......

so why are they firing people?
try to watch CNBC a little bit, google is in troubles as any other company, and they are gonna pull through cause of people like me who earn 90+ $ (and it took me 6 months to do it) just to receive a ban. They will return money to advertisers, yeeeeahhh sure they will...

Google will not ban someone who is making good money just to try to save money, that wouldn't make any sense. For instance if a publisher makes $1,500 a month with Adsense then Google takes a piece of the action as well so google could make anywhere from $1,000-$2,300 from that one publisher. It wouldn't make sense to just get rid of them since they are actually making money every time you make money. The only reason Google bans is because of violation of terms which many medium and large websites don't think they have to abide by.

I had bad experiences using google. It is simply impossible to reach "human" support. Everytime you get mechanic answers, saying almost nothing ... It´s frustrating

why would Google ban anyone making money in a proper manner?

it would mean lesser revenues for Google in the long-term.

Google doesn't ban anyone expect those publishers who try to take "shortcuts".

(in a few cases, sabotage is a factor, but then those are rare).

make a site for your users and not for ads.......you will be safe.

i think they are not intentionally banning the people just to save their money but its also true that sometimes google ban a person who is acting 100% with TOS of adsense. It may be due to their algo errors, afteraall these algo are made by humans

OMG, if they ban a person they don't have to give money, and they are not making profit?????

you think that they return the money to advertisers?

    get real.

primeelite is trying to say that if google bans you, you do not make any more money for google. Sure, they can ban you and keep the $1000 they owe you, but next month you will not make $1000, meaning google gets nothing. It doesn't make sense for google to ban people to keep their money.

I think google is getting tough on MFA sites, crappy sites, and cheaters to keep the Adwords system clean. With the economic recession, the first thing being cut by organizations is advertising. Google needs to keep the Adwords system clean, to keep the current advertisers happy. If your advertisements are not converting, why should you advertise there? There are many options other than Adwords for advertisers.
