Adsense is approving accounts without sending welcome e-mails?

    Hello everybody!
    I have a simple question, yesterday I have applied for an account and today something weird happened when I tried to log-in to my new (pending) account, I saw I was accepted in Adsense but I did not receive any welcome e-mail. Did somebody else had the same weird situation?
