I didn't see any other threads on it so thought I'd post it, Adsense blog posted that you can now signup for adsense from within your blogger control panel and even run an adsense advert wizard that will scan your page and put the advert in your blog with the right colours and best placement..

You just choose the adtype and it does the rest for you.. Interesting to see them integrating the two so closely..

Does anybody know if you can have 2 adverts on the same page on Blogger? In default there looks to be only one?

In the blogger link above they say that if you want to move the ads or put more than one in then you have to do it manually and link to a page with instructions\help.

Sorry, that should read "and they have a link to a page with instructions\help for people who don't know how to manually insert the adsense code themselves."

http://help.blogger.com/bin/answer.py?answer=974 is the link I was talking about :)

Oh and the rule is you can have a maximum of three adsense ad blocks on the one page. You can also have adsense "link" bars as well on the page but I don't know what the maximum number allowed is..

The normal i guess its 1 link console. Now the question that i think you just answered is you have to do it manullay i tried to put in some AdSense after my first text but it said Java error. So i guess you have to do it from the code?

Yeah, you need to place it in your template code. I don't think there is a way to get the adsense ads to go in under your first post in blogger.

Why should it not work on German Blogs? Is it a fact or you just guessing? Has google told you this?

it works in the normal and manual way.

And it works for me if I change the Blog language to US English.
But you can forget it, because you can make only one ads with this tool and the others manual. Maybe it is only meant for beginners.

blogger.com has been allowing you to place adsense code directly into the blogs since adsense started or just slightly after. Just place it in the template, I have had two adsesne blocks on each blogs main page for a long time. The blogs help file explains how to do it, it's easy.
