    The adsence banner is in a good possition. Perhaps ad a few more text ads here and there. Site takes quite a long time to load for me you might want to look into that.

    Site loading is slow , try to make it faster. I always prefer placing ad block on left side instead of right side.

    Yes, as said above site loading is tooo slow. better put a 160 X 600 ad in left side dude
