I can see that you are using skyscraper ad unit for both blogs. Well look fine with me on the placements. What's the ctr that you are getting?

 

the skyscraper one in hollywood celebrities: try to center the alignment and maybe some pinky color to get more blended to the site template.

 

Blend the colors in. Maybe change the top link bar on the first site to a 468x60

 

I made change to the background and the CTR for my celebrity site : 4.62%

that's a nice site. see lots of advice and tips about how to use Adsense in AdsenseAdvices.com website. I often visit this site as my best source; most of the adsense tip sites are just cheating you to rip off for dollors and finally give you some cheap stuff.

The left one looks good. You may add one for the top with photo adsense, add one to the bottom as well.
Hollywood and Label section should be re-designed.

Then it is ok.
