    Hi friends,
I recently started using adsense in my website: http://www.hairtips.co.cc/

I just want to know, if the ad placement is good. If not can anyone please suggest me any idea.
    Thanks.

To me, the placement looks "okay" -- but really, the only
way to know if this placement arrangement will be profitable
is to test and track your results.

AdSense makes it easy because you can specify custom
channel names for each ad block. This will enable you to
very clearly see what placement arrangement ultimately is
    giving you the best eCPM.

Complying with AdSense policies with regard to placement
is paramount. But after that, forget about aesthetics, "gut
feelings," or what others "think" might "look good" -- just
track the numbers and ultimately use a placement format
that yields you the best results. Good luck!

It's good that some of the ads look like links on your site. Perhaps another option is to place square ads on the right corner of each article to make it look like it is part of the article. This is what I learned from a couple of adsense "gurus"

Ads placement are in good locations but I think it's good if you remove some of them as your site looks like an advertising site/classified ads.

I am agree with usercord. Remove any one of the ads but if it will give you great benefits than don't remove.
