Adsense in traffic exchange site

    I have created a new site , it is a traffic exchange site... is it okey with adsense TOS to put an add to this kind of site?

    My friend has a traffic exchange also and he was rejected by AdSense. Not sure if that means it is against TOS, but is a good indicator...

    If that is the case I better play safe... I will not put my adsense ad there...
