Adsense in the member area

    Hi everyone,

    I was wondering, is it "legal" to have adsense ads in the member area of a site, which is inaccessible for Google BOT? Or, is there any way to provide google with a password for the member area? Please, share your thoughts.

    Yes it is allowable, and yes, you can provide login info for the Adsense Bot. Look under "Crawler Logins" in your Accound Access and Authorization settings.
