Adsense in sites with no content

    Take a look at this site (a so called Top 500 List from Jewelry Search): h**p://jewelry.crimea.ua/500.html

    I would like to understand why Google accepts this kind of sites. Is just for the money?

    Obviously Google wouldn't accept this kind of site. They applied with another account (for a legit website) and then put the ads on another site. Everyone does it (the apply with one site, put it on others, I mean).

    Wow this site sucks anyways. Even if it was legit I would get a headache from searching it.
