    if you are talking about wordpress .. there is a good plugina "wordpress adsense and ypn plugin"

    If you are using Wordpress! then you can encod adsense ads in Single-Post.php page! so it will change on Single Post or! if you want to show only on 1st post of main blog then edit Index Theme! to do so
