Does adsense work with Indian webmasters?
If yes, do they send the ceck in Rs. or $?

Well.. if it is in USD then also Indian Banks are modern now and clear International Cheques but they do take some time.. and what Tax info ??? It is normal.. just show whatever earned and deduct expenses and in which category your income comes pay the tax... as simple as that..

All I read was that the tax info was needed only for US guys.

Google send payments to its publishers in their local currency which is applicable for India as well

 

Yes, they send cheques to India and you will have an option in your AdSense Account about currency. They will also send the cheque in YEN, if you select it. lol.
