Hi, I just found this adsense in this forum http://www.ccautosoft.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=10 what do you guys think? Is it against the TOS?

That's too bad, huntz, you would have probably made a lot with it. But you do have to admit that it was overly deceptive, even after all the modifications you made?
Yes i would agree jack, thats why after i implemented it i came straight here and asked for views on the placement. At least i got a few weeks out of it lol.
huntz, is my design same as yours before? forum.articles2riches.com I also sent an e-mail to google and just received a response now that they not see any violation. I even explained to them how the ads are integrated and how the dynamic integration works (e.g. like changing ad places and ad rotations for format and colors)
Looks dodgy to me, I clicked one by mistake yesterday in another forum so I dont think the paying advertisers will be overly happy if alot of people click on it by mistake....... You goto forums for generally FREE info, emedding the adsense to look like another post isnt going to be any good for the advertiser at all 99% of the time as they are trying to sell something.
Will be interesting to see how much people get paid per click by placing these ads to look like forum links. Id imagine when smart pricing kicks in these ads will turn into 1 - 10 cent clicks if people click on it by mistake & click straight back out.
Kimi, yes. I was actually waiting from google another e-mail that will say "hey, wait, I think you are violating our TOS" but what I received is an e-mail asking for a rating of their support
Ok, here are some figures that might help you one way or another. All in all, I already got 78 clicks and 35 of them is in the ads placed together with the topic list. Next is 21 for the index page. I almost have no clicks for the ads at the topic view wherein you acn read the message thread.
