Adsense in forum archives?

    This is for those who are putting their ads in message boards.

    Are any of you using them in the archives? and if you are, are you very successful with this?

    I never really messed with it in the forums portion of my site until a couple months ago, and then it was only on the forum home page. I added it last night under the first post of every thread and in the archives.

    Can I expect this to be beneficial, or a deterrent to my membere and potential members?

    I've seen a mild increase (after about 4 months), but nothing major.

    Depending on my sites, the archive can make as much as 30% of my forum's adsense revenue...
