AdSense in email

I just received an email from a very famous Job site. The email had a job offer for me which is genuine as I have my CV posted on the site but the email also had Google Ads right at the bottom. The Ads are similar to the ones posted on premium sites. Is this allowed? Maybe for premium members?

 

Exceptions for premium members. This way they get hell lot of $$$ darn

 

am not sure but adsense is not for email advertising.i wonder how yahoo accepted scripting in emails

This has been a premium publisher/beta tester thing for a while now. Not sure what the plans are for us common folk getting it.

 

Yup - similarly, if you subscribe to any of the About.com newsletters, you'll see Google Ads in the emails they send you.

 

Those HSBC and HB1 ads are pretty much like text ads and a job hunter will be tempted to click on such ads.

 

If you send out emails in html, you can dump in google adsense ads.
Lots of ezine publishers do this, as actually what they are sending is their site as html email.
