Adsense in directory with no listing

    is is against the TOS of adsense to display adsense where there is no content ?

    Kind of, you really need content for adsense to work correctly anyways

    edit: a vast amount of directories have adsense of their front page, just write a paragrah on the home page and it will be okay

    you need a paragraph so adsense can know what to display, otherwise you get katrina and public service ads which pay no money

    i guess you got my point wrong i have a directory under certain categories there are not listings of submitted site can i still show adesense in those places ?

    yes my friend you can put ads, but here is a tip :
    if your directory still new and virgin don't put ads, since some webmasters will envy you and never add their sites to your directory "yes they do" when you get some listings then put up some ads and don't make them look spammy ....
