The site is http://www.fineten.com/gallery/ What do you think of Adsense link color, is red too distracting? logo? Also check out the smaller banner under a larger picture... Thanx
What I think, Make the title black, the description gray, and the bottom link leave it how it is. When I saw it like that my eyes just looked away somewere else and not at the ad.
With stuff like this http://www.fineten.com/gallery/Paris+Hilton/paris+hilton+boob+cover.jpg.html you are really pushing the limits of violating the TOS
Apart from anything else, the content is ripped from magazines so if Google want an excuse to ban you from Adsense they have it right there with copyright infringement. You would probably be better putting some other form of ad network on the site rather than adsense.
I thought my Bangkoksexy was to much. 1. There is no text adsense want text. 2. You are using some one else picture beucase DAMM if you took it yourself 3. Its almost to much sex almost almost You walking on the line ------------ Take advice from the other people on this forum if you want to keep going with Adsense drop the site or remake.
My read of the TOS say those pictures are fine. Photos are valid content though without more text tageting will suffer. The copyright should be the only issue, but it's a big one. You probably won't have a problem with Google unless multiple people report you. Good luck, Ty
One of my sites was banned from adsense a year ago for these kinds of pictures. I suggest you remove the google ads from the site, or remove the images.
Do you still run website is it online? thanx for all the replies, not sure what to do now. I redesigned the site today, with better logo, Im thinking of emailing adsense team and asking is the site in the adsense guidelines...
That is a good idea. Go right to the sourse. Be prepared to pull the ads immediately if they say so. Be sure to ask them exactly why it is allowed or not and report back to the thread. Good luck!!! Ty
If you want to do these type of "picture sites", you need to do them in something like "celebrity news", etc, and not just a straight site with nothing but pictures. As to copyright infringement, they would have to report you to Adsense multiple times, for the same items, and supply a full DMCA report with evidence. It's complicated and never worth the hassle. The most they'll do is probably send you an email telling you to remove their pictures. SOME of them will do this. Most won't care. Trying to control copyright of pictures on the Internet is like trying to stop a forest fire with a bottle of spring water, especially when it comes to celebrity pictures, which are ALL OVER THE PLACE.
