adsense impressions wrong

    The other week i started 2 new blogs (these are my first 2 blogs). I hardcoded the adsense into my wordpress theme, so adsense is on every page. Google analytics reports that I have had about 600 page views between them. Yet adsense reports only 5 page impressions.

    Have I done something wrong with my adsense code, or is this normal?

    Its normal, Those arent uniques they are just pageview, it wont count for duplicates...

    You can signup for a free Statcounter account and manage all of your sites' impressions vs uniques and more detailed information about where visitors came from, etc.

    even with analytics...google won't track a 100% of your hits because it replies on javascript

    google analytics claims about 200 unique visitors. Its just only 5 page impressions for adsense seems very low in comparison. Unless there is a major difference between page views and page impressions that I'm missing?

    I used to have that problem.

    Then I got rid of Google analytics. Heck, the only impressions I care about are the adsense views...so, I stopped driving myself nuts with the discrepancy.

    Mine was usually about two-to-one Analytics/Adsense.
