I fed up with reporting violations to google so I stopped it.
My last report was about 6 months age and that site is still running adsense.

    You can't stop MFA's. PERIOD.

Unless google increases some revolutionary security measures. Technically there is nothing illegal with such websites, because they have their own unique (read stolen & rewritten) content. If they have legit traffic and legit clicks, there is really nothing wrong with it, because genuine visitors are interested in the advertisement and click on it.

Aside from plagiarism, moral and ethical issues these websites are legal. If only such websites would provide a valuable resource for visitors, everything would be fine, but it is not rare for these websites to contain false information, because the author him/her self did not understand a word written. A visitor thus may go bankrupt (financial advice MFA), be put in jail (legal issues MFA) or even die (mesothelioma MFA). This happens because amateurs who know nothing about a particular topic give advices to real help seekers. Their website foundations are established on the base of "high paying keywords".

As the poster above said, karma will catch up.
