I assume you mean the text box in your sidebar on your wordpress blog. You need to be more specific than that. But if my assumption is correct the only reason I can think of (both of my blogs have adsense code in the text box in their sidebars) is that you either didn't click the 'change' button or the 'save changes' button. You have to click both. Also, if you just created that ad it will take about 10-15 minutes before it'll show any ads so if it's too new you won't see any ads.
it takes a little while before they'll show. In IE it will show "page cannot be displayed" and FF will just be a blank space
Even when I go to the widgets page. Where you can edit and add them. I click on my text box and it was nothing in it. I changed and save changes. I leave and come back and the Text thing is empty in the edit section. Thank you for helping me so far. IS THEIR SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE CODE
That certainly should not be the case. If you did click the change button after pasting the code in and then clicked save changes at the bottom the code should be there when you go back to that same text widget.
You guys arent getting what Im trying to say. I put the code, I press change, and I press save changes. After I do that, I click on edit to see if my text is their and it is completely BLANK. Im using the text widget on wordpress
