    Me and my brother lived in the same house, both of us have Adsense account with our home address. Is there any violation of Adsense TOS?

    its very risky, contact Google and tell them about this, otherwise you will get banned (100%)

    Its a violation of google terms. Try to get change the address to the known members of your friend.

    How to contact google? . Is there any place to do it? I don't know please guys help me... My brother and i have different names.. Why google accept his account without checking the addresses?

    You are not allowed two accounts from the same address period. Therefore you ARE breaking the rules. Whether you decide to obey the rules and cancel one account is purely your choice, but when you get caught out, and that is only a matter of time, you will have both accounts closed as a result.

    I find the fact that you have two accounts at the same address a bit too far fetched to believe anyhow...

    I don't have two account friend. My brother and i got two account. the Payee name is different, IP address are different, only address is same. I found the it depend on the location that google approve multiple accounts for same address.

    You are in a country where two accounts from the same address is not allowed... Don't ask us what you should do.... That's entirely your call..
