    Say What?

Just so you know, before my first post here, I read the first 30 pages of posts about adsense. I suggest you do the same.

    I agree with Henny.

I've learned a lot about Adsense since I started my site. Once I finally found this forum, I realized that all those months of me searching for information...it was all right here! Everything you need to know about Adsense is in this forum.

Definitely read as many posts as you can. It will be well worth your time.

If you are a coder you can write a little program and have code inserted in yourr banner. This is what I rely on my guru to do for me. I have to copy and paste.

Exactly, me too. It seemed he was looking for something else out of his query... although I'm not sure what. I've got my ads wrapped up into php functions where I can specify different channels and formats based off different variables... and to hide the ads entirely from my own IP and/or username.

my suggestion is give it a shot first and place it where you think it goes best. then leave it for a few days to see what kind of response you get and then post it here to get some advice / suggestions on how to improve it.

    ;-)

the community is great at offering suggestions for improvement.

I have heard some ppl have quadrupled their earnings from the advice they have received here. :)

    got to love the DP

    Hey, that's a good idea!

That would keep me from accidentally clicking my own ads, which I do once every couple of months.

    "Search" may help you.
Always do this before you ask.

if you don't know the answer - rather don't reply if it's "use the search"

What do you mean 'if you don't know the answer'? You didn't ask anything specific.

Give us a list of what you don't understand and we'll guide you. We're not here to spoon feed you everything we know just for the off chance we answer the things you wanted to know.

Ask some real questions and you'll get some real answers.

I am not asking to be spoon fed. I must say that my questions were a bit vague, apologese for that. Thanks for your insight, I think searching the forums would be easier than asking
