My friend applied adsense and they reject him for following reason.

He is the pure owner of the applied domain name.

What they were asking? Please help

Hi are you sure your domain is atleast six month old.just follow the instruction otherwise try to get adsense for your blogger.com blog if it six month old and have enough number of posts and traffic then you can add your website.

Its telling him to make a page on the site and paste that stuff in the page and then tell google about the page, its not rocket science, just follow the instructions you have been given.

I've witnessed an endless loop happening where they ask you to create that page and tell them the url, you resend and they ask you for a domain.ext url, then you send it again (domain name only) and they then ask you again to create a page with the same stuff, etc. like this for several times.
My friend has been accepted after doing this silly stuff several times over a period of 2 months.
