Adsense heat map

Hi,
I designed my site, and then placed the ad's in the only place I thought they would compliment the site layout. The trouble is, according to googles heat map, I'm in the cold zone.

Can anyone take a look and suggest a way I could improve my site layout, and ad placement.

This uses a javascript to mark out every click on your site and maps its out into heat areas. Check it out.

move the leaderboard to the top or mix a square one in amongst the content
