AdSense has not mailed me my 1099 Tax Form. I have sent them 3 emails and the guy on the other side of the fence doesn't seem to care much.

Here is the reply I got:

    " Hello .....,

Thanks for following up. I replied to your email on January 25th, but I'm
sorry if you did not receive it.

As you know, publishers are responsible for paying any taxes resulting
from participation in Google AdSense. In order to facilitate this, we send
IRS forms 1099 and 1042 to qualifying publishers as required by US tax
law. We will send a Form 1099 to you and the IRS if:

    * You submitted a Form W-9, are not a corporation, and were paid at least
    US $600 in 2006 OR
    * You indicated that you are subject to backup withholding and had taxes
    withheld

We will send a Form 1042-S to you and the IRS if:

    * You submitted one of the Form W-8s OR Form 8233

We will not send you any forms or report your earnings to the IRS if:
    * You have signed the declaration of No US Activities OR
    * You have NO earnings from the AdSense program OR
    * You have submitted a Form W-9 as a corporation and did not have any
    taxes withheld OR
    * You have submitted a Form W-9, made less than $600 and did not have any
    taxes withheld

Tax forms for the appropriate publishers were sent on January 31, 2007. If
you expect to receive a form, you should anticipate it arriving before the
    end of February.

For those publishers whose earnings are reported, please note that
payments dated in 2006 will be reported in 2006. This means that unpaid
earnings from 2006 that are rolled over to 2007 will not be included. For
example, December earnings which are paid in January will not be included
    as earnings for 2006.

    Sincerely,

    B**
    The Google AdSense Team"

As you can see he copied and pasted the reply from a list of "ready answers".

The email he sent me on the 25th of January was saying the'll mail me the taxes on the 31st of January.

What should I do to get my 1099 Tax Form so I can pay my taxes?

Are there any other email addresses for contacts except this one: so I can contact more competent and willing to work AdSense employee?
    Thanks

You can always just look in your adsense earnings to see how much you made in 2006, and pay the IRS that much. Otherwise you can just wait until you receive the 1099, which might be delayed in the mail somehow. Also you do have to make more than $600 to have to pay taxes. I'm sure adsense has a completely automated process where they send 1099's out for everyone, I doubt they forgot about you. You still have some time before taxes are due, so I'd wait a little longer.
