    I know it is in the legalize of the TOS, but the experts here can answer quickly I hope.

    Can one promote adsense pages with Yahoo, Bidvertiser or other PPC program?

    Sure, you can even promote them with Adwords.

    Be careful with bought-traffic, though. Trafficswarm etc will get you booted. Incentivized clicks will also get you booted.

    you can promote adsense web site whatever you want .

    adsense will not care it (if you are not using automatic traffic builders)
