hello all experts i need your help for improving my link building via genuine way that adsense frndly bcz i cn't take any risk so can you suggest best or white method to getting best and quality backlinks for my indian college blog.

 

I would start out by doing some article marketing with your link in the "about this author" spot and then posting in forums like this one with a link to your website in your signature.

There's nothing in the adsense terms of service against building backlinks by submitting articles to article directories.
Start with the top 10 directories (ezinearticles, articlecity, etc..) and go from there.
